Part-Time Day shift with Every other Weekend or Full-Time with every Weekend.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medication Aide to join our healthcare team. As a Medication Aide, you will be responsible for assisting in the administration of medications to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed healthcare professional. Duties:
- Administer medications to patients as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications
- Assist with the preparation and organization of medication supplies
- Document medication administration and patient responses accurately in medical records
- Provide basic patient care, such as assisting with personal hygiene and mobility
- Follow all HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care
- Assist with tube feeding and other specialized procedures as necessary

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program
- Current certification as a Medication Aide in the state of [state]
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Experience with medical documentation and record keeping
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
